Warranty Policy

Reasons under which return request can be raised: –

  • Damaged Product
  • Defective Product
  • Missing parts/accessories
  • Wrong product received

 

Note: Kindly take a video while opening the box. This is crucial for refund purposes  

1. Warranty Duration

a.      The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice.

b.     First 2 Years – Free replacement of defective parts, including free servicing.

c.      Next 3 Years – Charges will apply for the replacement of defective parts, and service charges are also applicable.

 

2. Coverage

a.      The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions arising under normal use conditions.

b.     Replacement parts will be provided for components that fail due to defective materials or workmanship.

3. Claim Process

a.      The original invoice is required to claim the warranty.

b.     The customer must notify our service team about the issue and allow inspection.

 

RETURN POLICY

ü We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items and personalized products are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
